Here on Chace Farm Road in Swansea, Massachusetts Kyle Matthew Construction designed and built (from start to finish) a rear 3-season porch and new doghouse for basement access. We first had to demolish the rear deck and remove the bulkhead so that we could start framing, etc. As we were approaching substantial completion on this first project, the homeowners wanted to move forward with us to replace all of the siding on the house as a separate project.
