Three-Level Deck Replacement – Designed & Built by Kyle Matthew Construction

This project involved the complete design and construction of a brand new three-level deck system, replacing an aging structure that had become unsafe and structurally compromised after years of wear. As shown in the photos below, the original triple-decker decks were well beyond their service life and required immediate attention. Our team carefully demolished the existing structure and rebuilt it from the ground up, delivering a safe, durable, and modern solution.

One of the most challenging aspects of this project was the extremely tight alleyway access. With limited working space and logistical constraints, this type of build requires precise planning, coordination, and experienced craftsmanship. Our team successfully executed every phase of the project despite these limitations. The result is a structurally sound, visually clean, and long-lasting three-tier deck system that maximizes the available space while ensuring safety and functionality for years to come.
