Five Below – Retail Store Renovation

Kyle Matthew Construction completed a full interior renovation to transform a former Olympia Sports location into a new Five Below retail store on E Main Street in Westfield, MA. This project involved a complete gut demolition, removing all existing finishes and preparing the space for a full rebuild. From there, our team executed the entire renovation, including new flooring systems, ceilings, framing, painting, and all interior finishes required to meet brand standards.
Managed from start to finish, this build-out highlights our ability to efficiently convert existing retail spaces into fully updated, high-functioning environments ready for operation.
