The city of Malden has strict zoning by-laws which made obtaining the building permit a little bit harder than usual. Once Kyle Matthew Construction obtained the building permit they were able to start the project. What was previously an old, unused attic here on Cherry Street in Malden, MA is now a totally brand new attic with additional living space and a brand new full bathroom!
