A full gut and remodel of this frat house on Ashford Street in Allston, MA! This place was absolutely atrocious before we arrived. We ripped out all of the old and damaged floors throughout the entire building. We demolished all of the rotted framing and poor finishes throughout the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common rooms and hallways. We installed all new sheetrock, flooring, fixtures, vanities, cabinets etc. As you scroll through this project gallery down below you will see what a mark KMC leaves everywhere they go!
