Ashford Street, Allston, MA
A full gut and remodel of this frat house on Ashford Street in Allston, MA! This place was absolutely atrocious before Kyle Matthew Construction arrived. We ripped out all of the old and damaged floors throughout the entire building. Kyle Matthew Construction demolished all of the rotted framing and poor finishes throughout the kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, common rooms and hallways. We installed all new sheetrock, flooring, fixtures, vanities, cabinets etc. As you scroll through this project gallery down below you will see what a mark Kyle Matthew Construction leaves everywhere they go! This building is now livable and quite beautiful!
